Hosted by Irish Wildlife Trust – Dublin branch
Aodhán Ó Gógáin of TCD will once again lead an outing to see some of the brilliant fossil beds next to us in Dublin. The meeting place is the Martello Tower in Portmarnock- exactly where we met for last year and the rock pooling. Again, it’s suitable for wild lifers of all ages, but wrap up the smaller ones well, and buggies are not really a good idea. And if you have a magnifying glass – bring it. And if it’s not too wet, bring some light paper and a pencil – we might be able to take rubbings.
Date & Time: 11:00 am start – 13:00 pm finish, Sunday 10th November.
Location: Martello Tower, Strand Road, Portmarnock.
