For our December Green Drinks join Jonathan, the ranger on Papa Westray, Orkney, for a journey that takes in his first pilgrimage to Papay, to see the island of the Great Auk. Through summers of Pickies and Aaks, adventures with Goks and Immer Geese, on an island where the birds out number the people. A cautionary tale of lost birds, found birds, remote islands, northern folklore and a community looking to the future.
