The IWT Dublin Branch was re-established in August 2010. It aims to promote awareness of Irish wildlife and environmental issues and to reunite city-dwellers with their surrounding countryside and all it has to offer. We do this through nature walks, talks, cycles, and awareness and fundraising campaigns, coupled with direct hands-on conservation and habitat restoration activities throughout the year. All our activities are open to the public, and participation is greatly encouraged.
In order to help support and protect Dublin’s biodiversity and habitats by becoming an active volunteer with the branch or to suggest events you’d like to see in your area, please feel free to contact us.

You can help us out by:
• Letting us know about any hidden gems and wildlife areas in the Dublin area that we don’t know about, and maybe lead a walk there using your local knowledge.
• Let us know if you have any special skills or expertise and would be willing to run an event or workshop to showcase them.
• Get involved in our local cleanups in the Dublin area
• Get involved in our wildlife monitoring programs
