Hosted by Irish Wildlife Trust Galway branch.
This event will be a hands-on training exercise to demonstrate how to perform a biodiversity survey. Anyone who is planning to participating in our longitudinal Galway Waterways study. We’ll do a practice run on recording data along the path by the Corrib near the Engineering (Alice Perry) Building in NUIG. Members of the Galway IWT branch committee will provide guidance, but we welcome all other ecologists with experience of conducting surveys. Though it is open to anyone, young children may find it boring.
